Understanding our Return Policy is essential for ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience at Jewels of Inanna. We prioritise your satisfaction and aim to make the return/refund process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Faulty item: We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Jewels of Inanna jewellery. Although each item is inspected carefully before shipment, sometimes this kind of issues may happen during transportation. Our customer service team would be happy to help you - Please contact us via email immediately at info@jewelsofinanna.com attaching an image of the damaged item and include order number. please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your item. if it has been more than 24 hours since delivery date we cannot assist, and product are considered as misused by the buyer. please email us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
Delicate Items: Products produced using thin chains should be handled with care due to their delicate structure. Breaks that may occur as a result of events such as being caught on clothes/hair, used while sleeping, etc. are not considered as a valid reason for return/refund requests
Earrings: Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty please contact us via email to info@jewelsofinanna.com and explain the issue with photos.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item you will need to contact us before sending item back and to include your order number. You will need to return the original order to our office. Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries). Please ensure that your returns are sent back must be unused, unmarked and undamaged and must be sent with the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchange or returns for hygiene reasons on earrings unless faulty. please refer to “Faulty item” section for more detail on how to report a faulty item, this must be done within 24 hours of receiving the item otherwise the exchange will be refused. please not exchange is subject to stock availability, if item(s) required is not available in stock we will contact you to inform you when it will be available again.
Refund: Your satisfaction comes first. However, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (we advise you to use a tracked delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Please note that £3 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you are based in the UK. Returns are usually processed within seven working days, although this may vary during busy periods.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes may occur are the responsibility of the customer. If you made an order and you have not received your products or refused the delivery due to these taxes, no refund will be made for these orders.
Please also note that for Return/Exchange the customer has to pay for the shipment fees as we do not include free returning/shipping labels.
Please ensure that your returns are sent back must be unused, unmarked and undamaged and must be sent with the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale/Offer items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
We cannot offer exchange or return for items that have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
