Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Shipping time guidelines are as follow:

  • UK (domestic) Shipping: 2 to 4 Business Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked) - FREE FOR ALL ORDERS.
  • EU Union Shipping: 3 to 14 Business Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked) - £2.99 FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £60.
  • Global (International) Shipping: 3 to 17 Business Day Delivery (Tracked) - £5.99 FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £60. 
  •  Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes may occur are the responsibility of the customer. If you made an order and you have not received your products or refused the delivery due to these taxes, no refund will be made for these orders.
  • Please also note that for Return/Exchange the customer has to pay for the shipment fees as we do not include free returning/shipping labels. £2 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you are based in the UK.
